About
What Luolaseikkailu is
We built a whole cave system at Tullintori, Tampere: dark tunnels, chambers and puzzles you explore at your own pace by headlamp.
What's in the cave
Tunnels and chambers
A dim cave where you move from passages into chambers, crawling and even climbing.
Chamber riddles
The chambers hold puzzles and challenges to solve along the way.
Fossils and gems
Spot fossils and gems in the cave as you explore.
Climbing
The route lets you climb and squeeze through tight spots too.
How the adventure works
Luolaseikkailu isn't a guided tour. You get a short briefing and the gear, then explore the cave on your own.
- 01
A short briefing
Staff give a short safety briefing and the gear: a helmet and headlamp.
- 02
Self-guided adventure
After that the group explores the cave at its own pace. No guide along, your own adventure.
The cave is dim but no haunted house: most parents wait in the lobby, you can go along with your child if you like, and there are seven marked exits. Is the cave too scary for a child?
Good to know
- Recommended age 5+ (most common 5–13)
- Helmet and headlamp included
- Knee pads available
