The sections contained in these Terms of Use are the terms and conditions of the transaction between the customer and Irti Maasta Oy (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider). By booking a service or making a payment for our services, the customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The contract is formed when the customer has booked the service or made payment for the service and this has been confirmed by the provider.
The purchased service can only be used to consume that service.
We do not refund individual days when the centre has been closed. We will announce any exceptions separately on our social media pages. Our booking calendar also shows the current situation.
We do not compensate for individual exceptions caused by reasons beyond the control of the service provider (for example, evacuation of a shopping centre due to a fire alarm).
Irti Maasta Oy's products can be reserved and purchased in the online shop or bought on site at the Cave Adventure Centre, and on an ad hoc basis at Irti Maasta Oy's partners' sales outlets.
On site at the Cave Adventure Centre, you can pay in cash (euros), domestic debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), e-passport, edenred, gift cards and Smartum sports vouchers or sports and culture vouchers. You can only pay for your personal sports services with a sports voucher. Sports vouchers and gift cards cannot be converted into cash and are non-refundable.
Invoicing is possible by separate agreement. As a general rule, we only invoice entities with a business ID, not individuals. A surcharge of 7€ will be added to the invoice.
Lost tickets or gift vouchers will not be refunded.
When paying with a gift card on the spot, the gift card must be presented at the time of payment. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Sickness cases with a doctor's or nurse's certificate.
Changes to purchased services must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the booking. Changes may be subject to a separate handling fee.
For cash refunds, we charge a processing fee of €10 per refund. Refunds will not be made if the service has been paid for with sports money or other benefits granted by the employer.
Bids cannot be combined. The percentage or euro discount applies only to services at the normal price, not to services priced in a discount group or already discounted. In addition, promotions and offers may have their own conditions of sale or a different period of validity.
We recommend booking your tickets in advance to ensure you get to your preferred shift. Reservations are binding and we do not accept provisional reservations. Unpaid reserved tickets must be redeemed by 10 minutes before the start date of the reservation. We reserve the right to return unclaimed tickets for re-sale on a case-by-case basis.
When booking group products, such as cave adventure parties, pre-cave parties or private cave adventures, the customer must pay a €30 booking fee. If the payment is not made within 24 hours of the booking, the booking will be automatically cancelled. The booking fee will be deducted from the total amount of the reservation. The booking fee is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled or postponed less than 7 days before the date of the event (except in case of illness, see above).
The number of participants for parties and other events (birthdays, other parties, groups) must be confirmed at least 2 days before the event. Any increase in the number of participants is only possible within the limits of the number of places available. Any reduction in the number of participants less than 2 days before the event will be charged at the amount of the original booking.
Unused single, series or other tickets purchased online do not have the right of cancellation (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, §16, section 11).
If you do not show up for the day, class or course you have booked, you must cancel your booking either by phone or email.
Parties and other events, groups, courses and clubs must be cancelled at least one week before the event, except in cases of illness (a doctor's or nurse's certificate must be provided).
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be refunded with a gift voucher of the same value for Cave Adventure.The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking and must be collected from the Cave Adventure Centre during the opening hours of the Centre.
No refund or refund will be made for postponements or cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the party, except in the case of illness (a doctor's or nurse's certificate must be provided). In this case, the booking fee will be refunded with a gift voucher of the same value (see details above).
Individual bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booking. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the full price will be charged.
The service provider has the right to cancel the customer's booking if the service has to be cancelled due to low attendance or other force majeure. In this case, the customer will be refunded in full or exchanged for another service of equal value from the same provider.
The services available for sale in the online shop are subject to our general terms and conditions for online sales. Unused single, series or other tickets purchased from the online shop cannot be cancelled (Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6, §16, section 11).
Customers of all ages are welcome, as long as they can follow the instructions given. The cave adventure is best suited for children aged 4-14. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the child. Underage children are always the responsibility of a parent or guardian. See also to the safety guidelines before arrival.

These Terms and Conditions of Use for the I get out of the country online service (service provider) apply to all customer activities on the service provider's online service.
When making reservations or purchases in the online shop, the customer declares that he/she has read the terms of use in force at the time and undertakes to comply with them.
In addition to these terms and conditions, Irti Maasta t Oy's booking and delivery terms and conditions also apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Booking and Delivery Conditions, the Booking and Delivery Conditions shall prevail.
You can book and buy tickets, parties and other events in the Cave Adventure online shop.
Tickets booked online can be redeemed at the Centre's cash desk. The redemption period ends 10 minutes before the start of the reservation. However, the end of the redemption period may be affected by the time of booking, opening hours or advance sales of tickets.
If the reservation quota is full or the reservation deadline has expired, tickets can no longer be reserved. In addition, reservations for certain products cannot be made, even if tickets can be purchased online.
Expired tickets or gift vouchers will not be exchanged or redeemed, nor can their validity be extended.
Unused single, series and other tickets purchased online have no right of cancellation because the purchase is for a leisure service at a specific time (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6, §16, point 11).
In the event of a mistake in the selection of a date and tickets have been purchased or booked for the wrong date, tickets may be transferred or cancelled in accordance with the booking and cancellation conditions. Tickets cannot be exchanged afterwards and Irti Maasta Oy will not refund unused tickets.
