1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Irti Maasta Oy (Business ID 2659037-9), address c/o Kummelipolku 5a, 02330 Espoo (”Organizer”). The raffle is part of the Cave Adventure marketing communication.

2. Right to participate
Every natural person who is at least 18 years old and permanently resides in Finland can participate in the lottery.
Employees of the Organizer or its group companies, or their immediate family members, cannot participate in the draw.
Participation is not required to purchase nor is there a fee.

3. Draw Period

The 2026 draws will be released on the following dates: March 23, 2026, August 10, 2026, and November 16, 2026. Each draw is a separate drawing.

4. Participation
To enter the drawing, do the following:

4. Complete the entry form within the entry period for the respective draw round.
Each person may participate once per drawing round. Multiple entries will be rejected, and only the first will be accepted.

5. Prize
The prize of the raffle is Private Cave Adventure Cave Adventure in Tampere (Kauppakeskus Tullintori, 33100 Tampere). The prize includes a private adventure in the cave with no other visitors, as well as helmets and headlamps.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
The prize must be redeemed by {{palkinnon_voimassaolo}}. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited without notice.
To claim the prize, all adventurers in the winning group must be at least 5 years old. The cave is low, dim, and narrow in places; the adventure is not suitable for individuals with severe claustrophobia, balance problems, or limitations in crawling and climbing.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible participants. One (1) winner per drawing round.
The winner will be contacted. personally by email or phone using the contact details provided on the signup form within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner's name or contact details will not be published on Luolaseikkailu's channels.
If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) days of the draw, or if the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize within that time, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner.

7. Organizer's Liability
The organizer's liability is limited to the value of the prize. The organizer is not responsible for obstacles to participation caused by, for example, technical malfunctions, undelivered emails, or internet connection failures.
The organizer is not responsible for damages caused to the winner or any third party by the use or acceptance of the prize, except for liability arising from mandatory legislation.

8. Processing of personal data
The entry form collects name, email address, and phone number. The information will be processed solely for the purpose of organizing this raffle and contacting the winner.
Information will be deleted once the drawing round has ended and the prize has been claimed, unless the participant has separately consented to continue the newsletter subscription.

9. Lottery Tax Act
The organizer is responsible for the lottery tax according to the Lottery Tax Act (552/1992).

10. Other terms
The drawing is not sponsored, administered, or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other third parties.
By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these rules and agrees to abide by them.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules, schedule, or prize if the change is necessary for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Changes will be announced on this same page.
Finnish law applies to these terms. Any disputes shall primarily be settled by negotiation; otherwise, disputes shall be settled by the Helsinki District Court.
