Irti Maasta Oy's customer register.
The purpose of using the register data is to manage and maintain the relationship between Irti Maasta Oy and the customer. The personal data stored in the register is used for processing orders in the online store, information, marketing, managing customer relations and contacts and other purposes related to maintaining the customer relationship. The data in the register is used for direct marketing by Irti Maasta Oy and its sister companies, unless the customer has prohibited direct marketing.
The register contains information on customers according to the following categories:
Name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Details of customer orders.
The data source is the information provided by the customer in the online form when registering as a customer, as well as the information collected from the customer during the customer relationship. Population registers or other registers may be used to update personal data.
Email data may be disclosed to a third party for the purpose of sending Irti Maasta Oy's own newsletter. The information will not be disclosed to third parties for any other purpose.
The data will not be transferred to the EU or outside Europe.
The information is stored in Irti Maasta Oy's information system. Only persons designated by Irti Maasta Oy have access to the register with their personal IDs. The persons who process the data in the register are bound by confidentiality.
